BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

The calendar will open up every THIRD Monday of each month. Squeeze in appointments can be made before or after hours and on off days, based on style and availability, with a $50 extended hours fee applied BUT space will be very limited. Additionally, if you are looking for an earlier appointment date than what is available at the moment, you must check my schedule periodically or join the waitlist to see what spots have opened up. Once someone has rescheduled or cancelled, the appointment will automatically become available.

Questions that are asked via text or phone call pertaining to your hair or a hairstyle must be limited to three (3) questions. If you have more questions beyond that, you will have to book a consultation which can be in-person or virtual/phone call.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

ALL deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Cancellations must happen at least THREE days before your appointment. If cancelling on the day of your appointment, 3/4 of the cost of the service booked must be paid or you will not be allowed to book again.

Reschedules can be made up to TWO days before your appointment to have your deposit transferred to the new date. Your deposit can be transferable for ONE reschedule which has to be made within one month of the initial appointment. So, if you cancel or are unable to reschedule within a month then you will have to forfeit your deposit.

Additionally, there is a grace period of 15 minutes, so if you will be arriving after that, please contact me to see if you can still be serviced. If accommodations can be made and you need to arrive later, an extra $15 fee will be added. However, if accommodations cannot be made then your deposit will be forfeited.
